Filming day one: new project

Our first day of filming for our new music video went extremely well and we are already happier and more positive regarding our footage.
The filming process was more challenging and time consuming this time as there were many different costume changes involved, whereas our protagonist in our last music video wore the same outfit throughout. Also, a greater number of props were needed throughout filming due to the fact that we were focusing on three different characters as opposed to one.
The props that we needed included:
1. A stephen king novel
2. A pair of earphones
3. A laptop
4. A phone
5. A bottle of wine
6. A notebook and various textbooks
7. Lipstick
8. A mirror
9. A blanket
10. A mug of tea
and various others. This was a big leap from filming our first video, where only 6 props were needed throughout the entirity.

Equipment: Whilst planning our second music video, we made the decision to use a proffesional camera to record on rather than an iPhone. Although the footage from our iPhone was adequiate, we thought it was important to strive for professional and polished footage when filming for our second video. It was important to try and create this video to the best of our ability in every way possible after not being happy with the first video that we created. We began looking at ways to improve the standard, and the first one we thought of was filming on a professional camera.

We are yet to film our third character (the popular girl) as more characters are needed within her story. We are planning to gather some friends and get this filmed soon so we can throw ourselves into the editing process with all of our needed footage.
